You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Train2Reign at any time. This page explains how to submit that request and what happens when we process it.
What Data We Hold
Train2Reign stores the following data linked to your account:
- Account information (email address, display name, profile photo)
- Workout history, programs, and exercise logs
- Daily biometric check-ins (weight, HRV, sleep, readiness scores)
- Progress photos
- Subscription and payment records (managed via Stripe)
How to Request Deletion
Email ty@train2reign.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email when complete.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our database.
- Your subscription will be cancelled if active.
- Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
- Data that has been anonymised and aggregated cannot be individually identified or deleted.
In-App Deletion
You can also delete your account directly within the Train2Reign app by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will immediately begin the deletion process.
